Welcome to astroapp. By accessing or using our website and mobile application ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.

These Terms apply to all users of the Services, including but not limited to users who are browsers, customers, astrologers, and contributors of content.

astroapp is a digital platform that connects users with verified astrologers for consultation services. Our Services include:

• Access to astrologer profiles and ratings
• Chat and call consultations with astrologers (via mobile app)
• Kundli (birth chart) generation
• Daily, weekly, and monthly horoscopes
• Tarot card readings and numerology services
• Digital wallet for transactions

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without prior notice.

2.1 Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2.2 Account Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.

3.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes. You shall not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users or astrologers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3.2 User Content

You may submit reviews, ratings, and feedback. By doing so, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4.1 Nature of Services

Astrological consultations provided through astroapp are for entertainment and guidance purposes only. They are not substitutes for professional advice in:

• Medical or health-related matters
• Legal or financial decisions
• Mental health or psychological counseling
• Emergency situations

4.2 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any astrological predictions or advice. Results may vary, and we cannot predict specific outcomes.

4.3 Astrologer Independence

Astrologers on our platform are independent service providers. We do not employ them directly and are not responsible for their individual actions, advice, or conduct during consultations.

4.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge that you are using astrological services at your own risk and must exercise your own judgment in making life decisions.

5.1 Pricing

Consultation fees are clearly displayed on each astrologer's profile. Prices are charged per minute and may vary by astrologer.

5.2 Wallet System

Our platform uses a digital wallet system. You can add funds to your wallet using various payment methods. Unused wallet balance remains valid for 365 days from the date of last recharge.

5.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit card or banking information.

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis:

• Wallet recharges are non-refundable once processed
• Consultation charges may be refunded if technical issues prevented the session
• Refunds for dissatisfaction with consultation content are not provided
• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction

5.5 Free Minutes and Promotions

Promotional offers and free minutes are subject to specific terms and conditions. They cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash.

6.1 Our Content

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and horoscope data, is the property of astroapp or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or create derivative works
• Reverse engineer or decompile any software
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Use our content for commercial purposes without permission

6.3 Trademarks

"astroapp" and our logo are trademarks of astroapp. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is prohibited.

7.1 Service Availability

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free service.

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, astroapp shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from reliance on astrological advice
• Actions or conduct of astrologers or other users
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss

Our total liability for any claim related to our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7.3 Astrologer Disclaimer

We verify astrologer credentials to the best of our ability, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of their predictions or the quality of their advice. Users are encouraged to use their own judgment.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless astroapp, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of our Services
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or transmit

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

10.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

10.3 Arbitration

Before initiating legal proceedings, parties agree to attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with Indian arbitration laws.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Material changes will be notified via email or prominent notice on our platform.

Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using our Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by us, constitute the entire agreement between you and Edwid Technologies Private Limited regarding your use of our Services.
